Our primary blend Einstein is a smart and harmonious blend of three very distinct origins hailing from Guatemala, Rwanda and Honduras. Each coffee was carefully selected to create balance but also provide complex flavours that come through in both black and milk coffee. This is a fruit-forward and soft bodied cup with caramel sweetness and a lingering acidity.
